I started work with fiddler and friend Dave Rimelis, producing his latest project, “Just My Fiddle and Me”. We are hoping to have it completed in time for the 2011 holidays.

New Orleans class trip June, 2012

The American Roots Music class for the first summer session of 2012 is being planned to take place in New Orleans for 10 days, June 1 – 11. Exact price is yet to be determined but included will be airfare, lodging, 3 class credits and various talks, demonstrations and museums. An excellent deal.

Introductory meeting will take place on Thursday, October 27th in Cohen Hall, room CH 200 from 1:00 – 2:00. A slideshow will be given. It is open to anyone interested in going or to get an idea of what we will see and do.
